APTIS’ story is one of movement. What began in 2009 as a family business founded by Jean-Pierre Mamet has blossomed into a long-term business Group with a presence across five strategic clusters. Presently led by Oscar Mamet as a premier holding Group in Mauritius, we balance the “solid” with the “dynamic”, combining technical expertise with a people-centric organisation that values camaraderie above all else.

Founder of APTIS in 2009, Jean-Pierre, known as “Tioco”, is the group’s visionary heart. Known for his resilient and entrepreneurial spirit, he leads with a grounded, down-to-earth approach. Tioco balances fierce determination with a playful nature, ensuring the Group remains forward-looking while staying true to its family roots and the winning spirit that defines APTIS’ progress.

Group Chief Executive Officer

Joining the leadership journey in 2014 and nominated as Group CEO in 2024, Oscar drives the Group’s strategic expansion with an ambitious, growth-oriented mindset. A natural team player and challenger, he leads the executive team with a “driven to win” attitude. His forward-thinking leadership ensures APTIS stays in constant motion, turning bold visions into successful, large-scale reality.

Sabbi Appanna

Group Chief Finance Officer

A pillar of APTIS since 2009, Sabbi leads a team of over 6 finance professionals. As the analytical “Guardian of performance,” he is a trusted advisor known for his rigorous, numbers-driven approach. Outside the balance sheets, this carrom enthusiast brings the same focus and precision to the Group’s financial health, ensuring APTIS’ growth remains solid and sustainable.

Regine de Ravel

Group HR Manager

Regine joined in 2015 and leads a dedicated team of 5, placing people at the center of APTIS’ evolution. Empathetic and talent-focused, she is the architect of our unique “Up to It” culture. Her development-oriented leadership ensures every team member feels like family, empowering them to unleash their full potential in an environment grounded in care and progress.

Karen Sarah

Group Marketing & Communication Manager

Joining in 2024, Karen leads a creative team of 10 as our lead brand architect. A strategic storyteller and connector, she brings a positive mindset to every project. Her creative thinking ensures the APTIS narrative remains vibrant and impactful, bridging the gap between our diverse clusters and our community with a human and engaging touch.

Vincent Frederic

Group IT & Innovation Manager

Part of the journey since 2025, Vincent leads a specialized team of 2 with a solutions-oriented focus. As a reliable systems thinker, he ensures our digital backbone is innovative and secure. He approaches every technical challenge as a problem-solver, providing the agility needed to keep our group’s technology as dynamic as our people.

Joining in 2015, Jean-Alain leads an operational powerhouse of 24. Defined by his efficiency and operational strength, he brings a strategic vision to RACSO that is purely performance-driven. He fosters a culture of innovation, ensuring that his team remains at the forefront of their industry through precision and a relentless winning spirit.

Fabien Harel

Managing Director, Resiglas

Since joining in 2020, Fabien has provided strategic leadership to Resiglas, guiding the Group’s largest team of collaborators toward sustained performance. He champions a culture of precision, collaboration, and accountability, empowering his teams to deliver excellence at every level. With a strong focus on aligning talent with innovation, Fabien continues to reinforce Resiglas’ position as a leader in quality and reliability.

Daniela Quaranta

Chief Executive Officer, L’Artigiano

Since joining in 2013, Daniela has led her team of 33 with an authentic and passionate entrepreneurial spirit. Quality-driven and deeply customer-focused, she balances her creative flair with strong financial discipline. Her leadership ensures L’Artigiano remains a benchmark for authenticity, delivering excellence through a heart-led yet business-minded approach.

Julien Rey

Chief Executive Officer, Navitas

Leading a team of 59 since 2012, Julien is a vision-led strategic thinker who thrives on business agility. Approachable and good-humoured, he brings an advisory-driven mindset to Navitas. His ability to combine high-level strategy with a relatable, “people-first” leadership style makes him a key pillar in the group’s collaborative ecosystem.

François Colin

General Manager, Barnes

Since joining in 2019, François has risen through the ranks, proving his expertise to take on expanding responsibilities. Now leading a market-savvy team of 15 at Barnes Mauritius, he brings his competitive spirit and martial arts discipline to the sector. Sociable and relationship-driven, he combines a results-oriented focus with a client-centric approach to drive performance and growth.
